As the resonant tones wash over you, feel the stresses of daily life slip away, often bringing a sense of renewed clarity and wellbeing, offering a path to deeper balance and peace. PLEASE NOTE - bring your own mat, blanket/rug, pillow, cushions, and snuggly socks - anything that makes you feel cosy and comfortable whilst lying on your yoga mat.
