What is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy works with vibration and frequency to support the
body's natural ability to restore and rebalance.

Using tuning forks and therapeutic sound, sessions invite the nervous system to soften, helping you move into a deeper state of rest where the body can begin to reset.
