Sound Baths

Sound baths use singing bowls and therapeutic frequencies to create an immersive field of sound allowing you to fully 'let go' and relax into the experience.

The gentle frequencies of the theta wave bowls support deep rest, clarity and a sense of inner stillness.

Sound baths are currently held during the daytime in Torquay and Chudleigh.
